Spay & neuter project Lancaster strays

Beginning 2024, our SPAY-Partner “Pups without Borders” became aware of a kind woman in her seventies single-handedly feeding and sheltering every stray and abused dog in her neighborhood. They drove over with supplies and ended up leaving with 10 puppies. Another 30 or so dogs stayed behind - non of them were spayed/neutered. So together we fundraised.

Thanks to Pups without Borders’ unwavering dedication driving dogs from A to B and the generosity of our supporters during the Sweepstakes campaign, around 20 dogs (and we’re still counting!) have found their way to the vet for their spay/neuter surgery.

One by one, Lana, Stormy, Tumbleweed, Crash, Sonora, Mallory, Yucca, Harvey, Izzy, Cactus, and many more have had vet visit. With each dog altered, we can make a significant impact on reducing the overpopulation problem.

Please keep this project going by making a donation on the donation page! Thank you!
